All lace units and frontal wigs are 100% custom-made using premium human hair and crafted to meet your specific preferences. Because of the custom nature of each order, all sales on lace frontals, closures, and custom lace units are final and nonrefundable.

We take great pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted units that are tailored to your measurements, desired texture, and style. Once your custom order has been processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Care Instructions

To maintain the longevity and natural beauty of your lace unit, please follow these guidelines:

• Gentle Washing: Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Always detangle hair gently from ends to roots before washing.

• Drying: Blot gently with a towel—avoid rubbing. Air-dry whenever possible, or use a blow dryer on a cool setting.

• Styling: Use heat protectant when applying heat tools. Avoid excessive heat to preserve the lace and hair integrity.

• Storage: When not in use, store your unit on a mannequin head or silk/satin bag to maintain its shape and softness.

• Lace Care: Be gentle around the lace area when combing, plucking, or applying adhesive. Lace is delicate and can tear if mishandled.
